The Copper Onion is a contemporary American brasserie located in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. Opened in 2010 by chef Ryan Lowder and Colleen Lowder, it helped define Salt Lake City’s modern dining identity through locally sourced ingredients and approachable yet refined New American cuisine.
