The name was meant for both the Service Provider (member) and Customer. If the customer receives outstanding service by the member, and the member has enjoyed taking care of them, then our product brings them together to create a “Win-Win” scenario for both parties! The member now has another “favorite” client, and the customer now has a “favorite” service provider for that service!
We understand that great customer service is determined by each particular customer. Defining great customer service can be viewed as subjective, which is why we developed the product. We understand that great customer service goes beyond the usual checkpoints of what that particular service requires. A Service Provider can do all that is necessary, and more, but that may not be enough. The missing ingredient usually comes down to personality. Each service provider has their own unique personality, and the same goes for the customer. Favorites4Me was designed to celebrate all personalities and “bridge the gap” between members and customers alike who share a connection where both are appreciated for who they are.
Favorites4Me allows people looking for a service to view profiles in their desired area. This allows that person to not only research that business, but choose the actual service provider to take care of them. Favorites4Me also helps our service providers to capitalize on first-time customers who loved the service, and turn them into long-term clients. By providing their information to their new client, that client can now message them the next time they want their services and be updated when that service provider sends out notifications.
For just 0.99 cents a day, our members can instantly start creating their client list once their “quick and easy” profile steps are complete. Traditional “lead generating” companies charge per lead, and this can quickly add up. Plus, those members are usually competing to win that customer’s business with other competing parties. Our “flat-rate” monthly membership allows our members to attract as many potential clients through their hard work!
